Mission
We are a non-profit organization that uses all monies collected to provide activities and productive outlets for the seniors and youths in the community, to improve the safety and quality of life for the seniors and youths in the community and to create and implement new programs and services and provide a safe and secure environment for the village through community involvement.

Our vision is to improve the quality of life for the citizens of the Village of Phoenix, Illinois through safety awareness, education and by empowering families to achieve a more productive and successful life.

Community Wish List Program
- Minor interior/exterior work, etc.
- Resources and information through networking with other organizations to benefit the community.
- Safety awareness through education and in-home security programs.
- Window, doors and locks safety checks (some locks will be changed free of charge).
- Advocates services for our seniors.
- Soccer and baseball team (a variety of sports programs are coming soon).
- Empowering and mentoring program for our youths.
